How it works

 

Network member companies and contracted third parties actively market the network. Business development opportunities are passed to the members who create a team of companies able to contribute. When enquiries are received, project teams are selected based on agreed criteria relating to the sub assembly component composition and manufacturing process.

 

A lead company is selected on agreed criteria and acts as the single point of contact for the customer. The lead company and project team assume design and manufacturing responsibility and agree all terms of reference with the customer. The project team arranges the quotation through the lead company.

 

The project team assume full responsibility for all aspects of supply and quality; delivering and invoicing through the lead company.

Acts as interface generating interest from OEMs and third parties throughout the UK and Europe. Evaluates and initiates projects and selects project team based on agreed criteria.
